A menu linked to the territory, attentive to tradition, children and personal needs, all in a modern key. Our AlpHoliday menu includes a hearty, healthy breakfast with lots of freshly prepared specialities. The AlpHoliday kitchen offers dishes made with 0 km products, fresh and genuine directly from Trentino. There is also a section dedicated to gourmets, every day our pastry chef will surprise you with many delicacies.

Chef Pierluigi, together with his assistants, is always creating new dishes for our guests following his philosophy on the use of seasonal products. Dishes prepared in our restaurant use many fresh, zero-mile, Trentino products to provide you with a traditional culinary experience, through which you can learn more about the local territory, but all with a modern twist. 

If you love sweets, our pastry chef prepares amazing desserts each and every day. 

The gastronomic experience at ourFamily Hotel in Val di Sole includes:

    1. A healthy breakfast with various types of fresh and fragrant bread, fresh fruit, muesli, yoghurt, local cheese and cold cuts, fresh-squeezed juice, jam, numerous types of sweets, eggs and other specialties prepared on the spot.

  1. During high season periods, our pizzeria, thanks to our master pizza chef Antonio, will prepare a delicious, light pizza. You’ll love his Neapolitan pizza combined with Trentino toppings like speck and mushrooms. 
  2. Pizzas, bruschettas, piadinas and a selection of sandwiches are also directly served at our bar bistrot.
  3. Flexible dining times will also give you the opportunity to truly enjoy your vacation experience in Trentino. 

Restaurant with childcare and a kids menu

All children staying in our Family Hotel AlpHoliday Dolomiti, can choose to dine with their parents or with their new friends, togetherwith the assistance of ourmini club staff. If requested, we can also plan your birthday party. A daily kids menu is always available at our restaurant. And for our littlest guests, the kitchen is at your disposal to prepare baby food and any other special meals. 

Gluten-free, lactose-free, food allergy awareness and vegetarian dishes

Our kitchen staff has been trained according to AIC (Italian Celiac Association) guidelines, and all gluten-free dishes will be clearly marked at our restaurant.
